Choose Today

And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord , choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord .  Joshua 24:15 KJV

You and I are living in a time of great apostasy. Much of our society has embraced an evolutionary secular world view where Christianity is vilified. Self determinism exalts itself in the face of the Creator who made them male and female. Confusion and fear are the order of the day.

God, who loves us, calls to His creation daily revealing Himself in so many ways. He yearns for us to turn to Him and accept His betrothal request with a Yes and enter into an eternal covenant with Him. His Holy Spirit calls, reveals, wooes, and convicts of our need of Him.

He awaits our answer with long-suffering patience, refusing to violate our free will. What answer have you spoken from your heart? What commitment will you make?

As for me and my house, we choose to serve the Lord.

Leaders

And of the children of Issachar, which were men that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do; the heads of them were two hundred; and all their brethren were at their commandment.  1 Chronicles 12:32 KJV

If ever we needed righteous leaders, it is now in this time in which we live. The Democratic Party has been hijacked by the Communist, Islamo-facist, One World Governance Party and the Republican Party has lost it’s purose for existance.

Were it not for the “Outsiders” Movement there would be no hope for America’s Christian future.

Thank God for the men and women who have the spirit of Issachar and know what to do! It assures us that God still has a remnant and can still raise up a Cyrus ir a David to deal with the Philistine Goliaths of today.

Soon the battle lines will close. Soon it will be the day of decision. Soon it will be our opportunity to vote

“Choose you this day whom you will serve.” May the Spirit of the Lord guide you with an “understanding of the times”.

Fearless Confidence

Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward. For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.  Hebrews 10:35-36 KJV

Christianity is under attack from within and without.

The Modernists and Hyper-Calvinists teachings are watering down the Word of God and de-deifying the Christ of the Bible.

The Secular “Progressives” and pro-Islamists have joined forces to overthrow our Constitution and drive Christians into the four walls of their church buildings while legislating from the bench laws that will totally eradicate Christianity from the face of the earth.

Islamic Jihad will ultimately turn on the secularists too and torture or behead them if they will not covert to Islam.

Wake up, Christian Soldier! We’re in a war. It is not a time for idolizing personal comfort, it’s a time for spiritual war and social activism. It’s time to let our voices be heard. It’s time to be salt and light whether it’s popular or not. It’s time to vote, even if it’s for the “lesser of two evils”. Your actions, your life-style today determines your children and grand children’s future.

For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:  (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)  Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;  2 Corinthians 10:3‭-‬5 KJV

The Lamb Slain

For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Hebrews 4:15 KJV

Jesus was/is the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. A perfect sacrifice for an imperfect world.

And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. Revelation 13:8 KJV

Without Him no one can approach God. Without Him there is no redempion, no salvation. Jesus was tempted in all ways yet without sin. He lived a perfect life and layed it down on the Cross to break the power of sin and death off of our lives because He loves us. He is our only hope and He is faithful to keep us as we entrust our selves to Him.

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 14:6 KJV

Together with God the Father He will rule and reign throughout eternity. We will live and reign with Him in heaven or live in eternal torment in hell. The choice is ours to make.

I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live: Deuteronomy 30:19 KJV

Choose this day who you will serve. Its an eternal choice with huge implications.

Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.  And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever. Revelation 5:12‭-‬13 KJV

Correction

My son, despise not the chastening of the Lord ; neither be weary of his correction: For whom the Lord loveth he correcteth; even as a father the son in whom he delighteth.  Proverbs 3:11-12 KJV

When you refuse correction you separate yourself from covenant relationship and separate yourself from the Lords grace.

Way too many have the misguided perception that they can live selfish, self-centered lives and be fine with the Lord. This is a demonically inspired lie.

If ye love me, keep my commandments. John 14:15 KJV

Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.  1 John 2:15 KJV

The Stone

And he beheld them, and said, What is this then that is written, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner? Whosoever shall fall upon that stone shall be broken; but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder. Luke 20:17-18 KJV

Jesus is the Cornerstone. Rejecting Him as Lord and Savior, as the Messiah of Israel, brings eternal destruction and emptiness and futility in this life.

Receiving Him and embracing His Word brings life, and life more abundant.

The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. John 10:10 KJV

Spirit Talk

Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. Romans 8:26 KJV

You and I, dear Believer, have been offered a gift that will revolutionize our prayer life. The Baptism in the Holy Spirit, with it’s enablement of speaking with other tongues, allows the Spirit of God to guide our prayers when we don’t know how, or what, to pray.

Don’t resist what God has offered. Receive, and take advantage of, the fulness of His provision.
