Heaven

Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you. Matthew 5:11‭-‬12 KJV

Popular opinion, so called, in this age of political correctness and “progressive” (secular isms) makes for a fairly hostile environment for the Christian and Jew alike.

Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Ephesians 6:13 KJV

There is a hell to shun and a heaven to gain. Eternal life in heaven’s glories holds countless rewards for those who unwaveringly stand in the midst of persecution.
But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. Hebrews 11:6 KJV

Hell

The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.  Psalms 9:17 KJV

No one wants to talk about the eternal torment of hell. The modernist would have us believe that there is no hell. Why, then, is it mentioned so many times in scripture?
The main reason is that God does not want anyone to wind up there.

The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. 2 Peter 3:9 KJV
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.   For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. John 3:16‭-‬17 KJV

Healer

Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. Isaiah 53:4‭-‬5 KJV

The fall of Adam, the first man, brought the full weight of sin upon the whole of creation. sickness, disease, poverty, strife, hatred, and much more, were loosed upon mankind. The creation became cursed.

God sent His only begotten Son, Jesus, and He became the cursed that we might become the blessed. He redeemed us from sickness and disease and set us free from the bondage of satan’s dominion.

Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed. 1 Peter 2:24 KJV

Barrenness

He maketh the barren woman to keep house, and to be a joyful mother of children. Praise ye the Lord . Psalms 113:9 KJV

Several young couples have come to me seeking prayer to overcome barrenness. They wanted children to issue from their marital bliss. God has been faithful to grant them their desire.

There are many forms of barrenness other than the inability to have children. God stands against every one of them. He is a God of increase.

Even the women who never conceive are promised children in the Lord.

Sing, O barren, thou that didst not bear; break forth into singing, and cry aloud, thou that didst not travail with child: for more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married wife, saith the Lord .  Enlarge the place of thy tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of thine habitations: spare not, lengthen thy cords, and strengthen thy stakes;  For thou shalt break forth on the right hand and on the left; and thy seed shall inherit the Gentiles, and make the desolate cities to be inhabited.  Fear not; for thou shalt not be ashamed: neither be thou confounded; for thou shalt not be put to shame: for thou shalt forget the shame of thy youth, and shalt not remember the reproach of thy widowhood any more. Isaiah 54:1‭-‬4 KJV

Righteousness

Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. Hebrews 4:14 KJV

Our standing with God rests firmly in Christ and His righteousness. He who knew no sin became sin in order to remove our sin nature.

For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.  2 Corinthians 5:21 KJV

Jesus took our unrightousness upon Himself and gave us (imputed to us) His righteousness. The sinless Lamb of God shed His blood and cleansed us from all unrighteousness. We are no longer slaves to sin and in bondage to the fear of death.

He ever lives as our High Priest and interceeds for us. He offered His blood on the heavenly altar once and for all. We now, in Christ, and by virtue of His blood, have bold access to the throne of grace.

For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.  Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.  Hebrews 4:15‭-‬16 KJV

Sowing & Reaping

Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.  Galatians 6:7 KJV

Many Christians think that sowing and reaping only deals with money. How terribly narrow a view that is.

The seed you sow can be money but you can sow words, attitudes and actions, all of which bring in a harvest after their own kind.

The best way to live life is to let God’s kind of love be the motivator for all you ssy, do and give. It will never fail to give you a harvest of blessing.

If I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love [for others growing out of God’s love for me], then I have become only a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal [just an annoying distraction]. And if I have the gift of prophecy [and speak a new message from God to the people], and understand all mysteries, and [possess] all knowledge; and if I have all [sufficient] faith so that I can remove mountains, but do not have love [reaching out to others], I am nothing. If I give all my possessions to feed the poor, and if I surrender my body to be burned, but do not have love, it does me no good at all. Love endures with patience and serenity, love is kind and thoughtful, and is not jealous or envious; love does not brag and is not proud or arrogant. It is not rude; it is not self-seeking, it is not provoked [nor overly sensitive and easily angered]; it does not take into account a wrong endured. It does not rejoice at injustice, but rejoices with the truth [when right and truth prevail]. Love bears all things [regardless of what comes], believes all things [looking for the best in each one], hopes all things [remaining steadfast during difficult times], endures all things [without weakening]. Love never fails [it never fades nor ends]. But as for prophecies, they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease; as for the gift of special knowledge, it will pass away. 1 CORINTHIANS 13:1‭-‬8 AMP

Access

Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. Hebrews 4:14 KJV

With Jesus as our High Priest, we have access to the Presence of God.

It’s so good to be born-again and walking in covenant with God.
