The Unseen

While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal. 2 Corinthians 4:18 (KJV)

We live in a three dimensional world. Well, most of us do but many are settling for a one dimensional world (flat screen tv). It is a tragedy in that human beings were created speaking spirits who were to live on earth but in the fourth dimension, the dimension of faith.

Consider Moses, the great prophet of God and leader of the Hebrews:

Hebrews 11:27 (AMP) [Motivated] by faith he left Egypt behind him, being unawed and undismayed by the wrath of the king; for he never flinched but held staunchly to his purpose and endured steadfastly as one who gazed on Him Who is invisible.

Did you notice that? “he . . . gazed on Him Who is invisible.”

Moses had the eyes of his spirit working and he could see into the fourth dimension where miracles are held in store for those who believe. Beloved, the secret to spiritual endurance and the realm of miracles is to remain totally fixed on seeing into this fourth dimension, the realm of faith.

The realm of the third dimension is the realm of logic where our natural minds reason and rationalize about all the possibilities of something happening based upon our experience of the laws of nature. The fourth dimension, however, is the realm of faith, and it is based upon the laws of the Holy Spirit and the promises of God’s Word. This is how Peter stepped out of the boat and into the fourth dimension when he walked on water (Mat. 14:29).

Hebrews 11:1 (KJV) Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Let’s begin to walk in the realm of faith beginning today.
