Reach For More . . .
There is more, much, much more, in God than what you or I have experienced thus far. We are about to enter into the times of great glory and greater works.
The only thing that can hold the church back, that can hold you and I back, as individuals, is a simple lack of faith. That is why the Lord is beckoning us to reach for more. Just as He responded to Thomas, He responds to our questioning with a challenge to reach out and touch Him:
Then saith he to Thomas, reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing. John 20:27 (KJV)
I don’t pretend to have a full understanding of what lies ahead, but I do know that there is more for us in the year ahead:
Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, Philip. 3:13 (KJV)
No matter how bad, or how good, the first part of this year has been, it is time to move ahead, to reach for more. This is the hour to press in to all that God has for us.
I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. Philip. 3:14 (KJV)
No one who is following hard after the Lord will be left out. God is no respecter of persons. He loves us all and rewards those who diligently seek Him:
But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. Hebrews 11:6 (KJV)
Reach out and appropriate the more of this season! Step out in faith, believing, and take what has been laid up in store for you in this hour. It won’t come by accident, but by the reaching of the arm of faith.
Reach for more!
Bring In More . . .
This year will is the year of More. I believe that more souls will be won, and disciples made, this year than in any past year of our ministry.
Why, you may ask, will this year be different? The reason is that we moving toward the time of “every debt cancelled.” You’ve heard about the Shemitah. I believe that there will be a great cancellation of the debt of sin and multiplied thousands, the world over, are saved.
This is not a new vision, just a renewed call to run on. God has put His plan of salvation in our hand and called us to the city of Las Vegas, Nevada.
There is nothing quite as exciting as a new disciple. When someone meets Jesus for the first time and follows on to know Him, something electric happens to them and all those that are around them.
Teachers will teach better, Preachers will preach better, and Worshipers will worship better, when new converts are in their midst, growing in grace.
Gifts will be realized and released, new opportunities will appear, and ministries will be birthed like never before. We will experience the blessing of fresh anointing for the work as we “Reach for more!”
