You Have An Inheritance

There is an inheritance that has been left you by God. You are heir to a great fortune. You may not have been notified until just now, but you are able to draw upon your inheritance now:

Therefore, (inheriting) the promise is the outcome of faith and depends (entirely) on faith, in order that it might be given as an act of grace (unmerited favor), to make it stable and valid and guaranteed to all his descendants—not only to the devotees and adherents of the Law, but also to those who share the faith of Abraham, who is (thus) the father of us all. Romans 4:16 (AMP)

You can pull your inheritance out of heaven’s realm into this earthly realm by believing it, speaking it, and receiving it. This is the action, or activity, of faith.

The useable portion of your inheritance, in Christ Jesus, is dependent upon your active faith. You must believe that you receive, and say so, before you can enjoy what is yours.

And Jesus, replying, said to them, Have faith in God (constantly).

Truly I tell you, whoever says to this mountain, Be lifted up and thrown into the sea! and does not doubt at all in his heart but believes that what he says will take place, it will be done for him. For this reason I am telling you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe (trust and be confident) that it is granted to you, and you will (get it). Mark 11:22-24 (AMP)

Your Heavenly Father has planned for, and enabled you to walk out His plan for, you. All you need to do is ask in faith, and believe you receive. This will glorify the Father and extol Him in the Son:

And I will do (I Myself will grant) whatever you ask in My Name (as presenting all that I AM), so that the Father may be glorified and extolled in (through) the Son. (Yes) I will grant (I Myself will do for you) whatever you shall ask in My Name (as presenting all that I AM). John 14:13-14 (AMP)

Glorify = doxazo: from doxa to render (or esteem) glorious (in a wide application) :- (make) glorify (-ious), full of (have) glory, honour, magnify.

Extol = Enthusiastic praise.

The Father will receive enthusiastic praise and be glorified, honored and magnified in, and through, the Son, when you and I receive any portion of our inheritance (our rightful possession).

Remember, God takes pleasure in seeing His children receive what He planned for them:

Let those who favor my righteous cause and have pleasure in my uprightness shout for joy and be glad and say continually, Let the Lord be magnified, Who takes pleasure in the prosperity of His servant. Psalm 35:27 (AMP)

Do not be seized with alarm and struck with fear, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom! Luke 12:32 (AMP)

Jesus died to provide you with everything that the Father planned in His heart for you. Remember Jeremiah 29:11:

For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the Lord, thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to give you hope in your final outcome. Jeremiah 29:11 (AMP)

The will of your heavenly Father is that you live in the blessing of your inheritance:

Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in every way and (that your body) may keep well, even as (I know) your soul keeps well and prospers. 3 John 1:2 (AMP)

Begin to appropriate the will of God by faith.

1. Believe it. 2. Say it. 3. Receive it.

“I will not fear. I will not doubt. No matter what.”

“God is love. I am a child of His love. I will walk in His love. Love never fails. Therefore, I cannot fail.”

“My future is bright.”

“God, in love, has planned for it.”

“I will ‘see’ tomorrow through the eyes of God”

“I will begin to speak of my future in Christ.”

“I will prosper in every way and keep well.”

“I receive the plan of God. It is mine. Now!”
