Opportunity

On The Run

Isaiah 40:31 But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; THEY SHALL RUN, AND NOT BE WEARY; and they shall walk, and not faint.

The world is on the run. Confusion and uncertainty about everything from the meaning of life to whether this is the beginning of the last great war torments their minds. Devoid of the knowledge of God, there is no peace.

The Church is on the run. There are more opportunities to spread the Gospel than there are laborers to accomplish the task.

“The harvest truly is plenteous, but the laborers are few;

Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth laborers into his harvest. (Mat 9:37,38)

There has never been a better time to take the Good News to the peoples of the world (This includes your neighbor).

Literally everyone is asking questions about the “end times”. Where there was inattention and indifference there is now an attentive listening ear.

Incline your ear, and come unto me: hear, and your soul shall live; and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, even the sure mercies of David.(Isa.55:3)

To those that “hear” and come to Jesus is a beautiful promise of eternal life and “an everlasting covenant” with Almighty God.

Behold, thou shalt call a nation that thou knowest not, and nations that knew not thee shall run unto thee because of the LORD thy God, and for the Holy One of Israel; for he hath glorified thee. (Isa.55:3,5)

Don’t be surprised if you are called upon to share your perspective of world events and the issues of life. God is opening many doors of opportunity. All you have to do is walk through them and share the Gospel of Christ.

There are many requests from overseas that arrive at the Wellspring office asking us to come and hold crusades, teach leaders, and minister to the saints.

Opportunity abounds everywhere!

Don’t get caught up being on the run with the world and it’s woes. Be renewed, caught up in being a messenger of The Answer, and on the run for Jesus.
