To what are you submitted?

Have you ever stopped to think about what you are really submitted to?

Have you questioned the motives behind what you do with your day?

Most Christians would say, “I’m submitted to God” or “I’m submitted to the will of God.”

If this is true then it is also true that you spend an hour a day in prayer, right?

And He came back and found them sleeping, and He said to Peter, Simon, are you asleep? Have you not the strength to keep awake and watch [with Me for] one hour? Mark 14:37 (AMP)

I ask again –

To what are you submitted?

Prayer???

Submitting to God is not our ministry.

Submitting to God is not missions.

Submitting to God is not staying busy in “the work of the Lord.”

Submitting to God is prayer. It is the submission of our lives to Him. All that we are should be the result of this time.

My times are in thy hand . . . Psalm 31:15 (KJV)

Our time is to be submitted to Him; not “His work.”

I ask again –

To what are you submitted?

There is a fresh call of the Spirit of God to a time of communion that is deeper than anything we have done before.
