It is a foolish man who does not think that He is, and will be, answerable to God, the Righteous Judge, regarding how he lives his life.
As the Bible says, ” There is a way that seems right to a man, but the ways thereof are death.” Each man is accountable for how and why he does what he does.
He can receive Jesus as Lord and Savior or reject Him. He can live according to God’s Word, the Bible, or make up his own rules of life. He can be led by the Spirit of Holiness or choose to live by the dictates of the flesh. He can serve the Lord and be a witness of His goodness, grace, and mercy, or choose to serve himself and self interests.
God has given each of us a free will to choose. Our choices and actions will be evaluated and judged. Only what is done in, and for, Christ will last.
God has said, “I set before you death and life, cursing and blessing. I would that you choose life and blessing. “
