I Can

Man, filled with godless pride, ego, and selfish desire stands in the face of God, shakes his fist, and declares, “I can do anything I want!”

God has said of such, “They can do anything they set their minds to.” So, it is true, within the limited realm of the natural, carnal, fallen man during these “times of the gentiles” in which we live.

Ultimately, however, it is only the born-again, Spirit-filled, Spirit enabled believer in Christ Jesus that has no limitations in this life and throughout eternity.

Man’s strength is in himself and is limited. The believer’s strength is in the Lord and is limitless.

The determining factor is whether the child of God yields to the will and ways of God and acts upon them in unwavering faith in Him who promised.
