Sing

O my God, I trust in thee: let me not be ashamed, let not mine enemies triumph over me. Yea, let none that wait on thee be ashamed: let them be ashamed which transgress without cause. Psalms 25:2‭-‬3 KJV

My wife and I were born-again in 1973 during the Charismatic Renewal that had swept the world.

Our vacations for 18 years were at Shiloh Christian Retreat in Montana where I learned to play the guitar around the camp fires.

The songs we sang in those days were almost exclusively scripture put to music and sung with great joy.

A return to that kind of worship and praise, along with a resurrection of some of the older hymns would be a refreshing wind of the Spirit.

Hide the Word in your heart. Then speak it and sing it often.

Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee. Psalms 119:11 KJV
