Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: Galatians 3:13 KJV
The Christmas Tree reminds me of Jesus’ sacrifice for me. He became cursed so I might become blessed.
And he said unto them, This is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many. Mark 14:24 KJV
The red ornaments cause me to think of His blood shed for the remission of my sin.
Who is this King of glory? The Lord of hosts, he is the King of glory. Selah. Psalms 24:10 KJV
The purple ornaments remind me that Jesus is the King of kings and Lord of lords.
Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus; Hebrews 3:1 KJV
The blue ornaments speak of His being my heavenly High Priest.
For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Hebrews 4:15 KJV
The white ornaments speak of His holy sinless nature and life.
And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. Luke 2:8-11 KJV
It’s no wonder that an angel is seen atop the Christmas Tree for angels did announce His virgin birth.
Oh, Christmas Tree, what a story you have to tell.
