The Blessing

See, I am setting before you today a blessing and a curse:  Deuteronomy 11:26 MEV

God determined to open a way for fallen man to walk in the Blessing.

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life.  For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. John 3:16‭-‬17 MEV

God planned to overcome mankind’s rebellious nature by sending His Son, Jesus, to set them free from the bondage of the fear of death and sin’s dictates.

He sent Jesus to become the cursed in our place and to make us the blessed in Him.

Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law by being made a curse for us—as it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree” — so that the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. Galatians 3:13‭-‬14 MEV

To choose the Lordship of Christ Jesus is to choose the blessing and to be free from the curse of sin.

Let this year be a year of blessing in the Blessed One.

The choice is yours.
