But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead lives in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit that lives in you. Romans 8:11 MEV

The little word “If” is the qualifier of the promise. No “If”, no resurrected life.

Way too many professing Christians refuse to acknowledge that the promises of God are only available to those who obey the Word of God (the Bible).

If you love Me, keep My commandments. John 14:15 MEV

If you know these things, blessed are you if you do them. John 13:17 MEV

If anyone has ears to hear, let him hear. Mark 4:23 MEV

If You, then, will worship me, all will be Yours. Luke 4:7 MEV

If we endure, we shall also reign with Him. If we deny Him, He also will deny us. If we are faithless, He remains faithful; He cannot deny Himself. 2 Timothy 2:12‭-‬13 MEV

Pay attention to the qualifiers and then you will receive and enjoy the benefits of God’s lavish grace.

Faith without corresponding action is lifeless; it is dead. In other words, it is necessary to act upon what you have seen or heard.

Inner peace comes when our Believing and doing are in alignment. “A house divided cannot stand.” To say you are a Christian and live like the world is to live in a state of turmoil.

The secret to the “peace that passes all understanding” is only found as we do what we have seen and heard of Jesus in Scripture (the Bible).

What Is Your Condition?

Now, more than ever, there is a need for you to take a hard look at where you stand with God. Your religion will not save you. Your parents faith will not save you. Your believing in God and His Son Jesus will not save you. No! There is more to it than that. You must be born again.

But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Romans 10:8-10 (KJV)

Have you spoken with your mouth what you believe in your heart? Have you told the King of Glory that you want Him to come and be, not just Savior, but Lord of your life?

If you were to stand in a court of Law, on trial for your faith, would there be enough evidence to convict you? I’m not trying to condemn you at all, but to challenge you to step up to the mark of the high calling of Christ (Phil. 3:14). Have you ever experienced the passion of the prophet, Isaiah, when he said,

Woe is me! for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts (Isaiah 6:5 KJV).

Revival is in the air. God is moving on the face of our nation and the world. The Spirit of the Lord is looking for those who will join the Lord of the harvest in searching for the lost and dying in our world.

Imagine what you could do if you would but join forces with God Himself. Imagine what could be accomplished. Imagine how many souls could be won, saved from eternal hell. Imagine.

Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me. Isaiah 6:8 (KJV)

Where Are You?

Where are you?

And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons. And they heard the voice of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God amongst the trees of the garden. And the Lord God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou? Genesis 3:7-9 (KJV)

Where are you?

Have you considered lately? Where are you?

Simple rebellion to the God of the Word and the Word of God:

Don’t eat of the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good & evil.

And the Lord said unto Cain, Where is Abel thy brother? And he said, I know not: Am I my brother’s keeper? And he said, What hast thou done? the voice of thy brother’s blood crieth unto me from the ground. Genesis 4:9-10 (KJV)

Where is your brother?

Where are you?

(What have you done???)

And there came an angel of the Lord, and sat under an oak which was in Ophrah, that pertained unto Joash the Abi-ezrite: and his son Gideon threshed wheat by the winepress, to hide it from the Midianites. And the angel of the Lord appeared unto him, and said unto him, The Lord is with thee, thou mighty man of valour. Judges 6:11-12 (KJV)

Where are you?

Hiding, cowering in fear, murmuring against God, “If you are really God, why do you treat us so?”.

Where are you?

But the Philistines took him, and put out his eyes, and brought him down to Gaza, and bound him with fetters of brass; and he did grind in the prison house. Judges 16:21 (KJV)

Where are you?

Women have brought you low. It cost you your sight. Where are you?

Look at where you are, now!

And the second time the cock crew. And Peter called to mind the word that Jesus said unto him, Before the cock crow twice, thou shalt deny me thrice. And when he thought thereon, he wept. Mark 14:72 (KJV)

Where are you?

What has become of me?

And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? Acts 9:4 (KJV)

Where are You?

You say you serve Me. Who Am I?

Where are You?

Saul became Paul. Received the love of God, the mercy of God, the grace of God and yielded his life to the Savior.

But go your way, tell his disciples and Peter that he goeth before you into Galilee: there shall ye see him, as he said unto you. Mark 16:7 (KJV)

Oh, the love and forgiveness of God.

Peter responded and became a fiery preacher of grace. A model of a life yielded to the Savior.

Samson: Oh, the mercy and compassion of God.

His last act was his greatest.

Gideon: Forgiven, Restored, became a mighty warrior for God his Savior

Cain: Never got the message. He wandered and was lost.

Where are you?
