Ye have wearied the Lord with your words. Yet ye say, Wherein have we wearied him? When ye say, Every one that doeth evil is good in the sight of the Lord , and he delighteth in them; or, Where is the God of judgment? Malachi 2:17 KJV
There is no sweeter theme than the grace of God but God’s grace is not a license to live sinfully.
However, that seems to be the chant and rant of the modernist, hyper-Calvinists today.
The truth about the hyper-grace “gospel” is that it is not true. Satan has deceived many “Church leaders” and their gullible followers with this toxic self-pampering message.
While it is true that God’s love is unfailing we must acknowledge that He is holy and just and must judge unrepentant sin. He has said, “Be holy for I Am holy”.
If your lifestyle does not line up with what is clearly declared in the Bible you need to repent and align yourself with it’s dictates.
Don’t be deceived. You are not an overcomer until you overcome in the power of the Spirit of Christ. Conquerors are only those who have fought and won. Champions are only those who have won.
Grace allows you to enter the good fight of faith and win if you wage a good warfare.
Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works. Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead? James 2:18-20 KJV
