He Loves you!

The Lord your God is in the midst of you, a Mighty One, a Savior [Who saves]! He will rejoice over you with joy; He will rest [in silent satisfaction] and in His love He will be silent and make no mention [of past sins, or even recall them]; He will exult over you with singing. Zephaniah 3:17

Oh, how He loves you and me!

You just have to believe it!

You Are Loved!

My love be with you all in Christ Jesus. Amen. 1 Corinthians 16:24 KJV

Oh, how we love you in Christ Jesus!

The love of God is placed within us. How can we but love each other?

And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us. Romans 5:5 KJV

Love walk

Now the God of patience and consolation grant you to be likeminded one toward another according to Christ Jesus: Romans 15:5 KJV

Walk in Love toward one another.
There is no greater commandment other than to love the Lord your God.

Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets. Matthew 22:37‭-‬40 KJV

They are inextricably bound together.

The Force of Faith

Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another. No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us. 1 John 4:11‭-‬12 KJV

Love is the overwhelming force of Faith.

For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love.
Galatians 5:6 KJV

We, as Christians, must love each other as God loves us. It’s the way the world will know us.

Love

But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you, Luke 6:27 KJV

Christians need to learn to walk in love without condoning sin. Our concept of “love” has been so secularized that we think it means we have to accept all manner of behavior as normal.

The simple truth, however, is:

For the wages of sin is [still] death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans 6:23 KJV

Love actually demands that we warn the sinner of the consequences of sin.

It has been said, and rightly so, ” Hate the sin but love the sinner.

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16 KJV

Selflessness

Let no man seek his own, but every man another’s wealth. 1 Corinthians 10:24 KJV

When your focus is to help others succeed, you can not help being successful.

Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again. Luke 6:38 KJV

Former President Ronald Reagan is said to have had a placard on his desk with a quote from Harry Truman that said, “It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves. Philippians 2:3 KJV

Love Cares

In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. 1 John 4:9 KJV

Love gives at its own expense for the benefit of others. If God loved us enough to send His Son then shouldn’t we, who have had His love shed abroad in our hearts, love others enough to go to them?

In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another. 1 John 4:9‭-‬11 KJV
