Confidence

Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:
Philippians 1:6 KJV

Upon what do you place your confidence?Your looks? Your strength? Your ability? Your money?

All these natural things will let you down. They are not worthy of your confidence.

The only thing that is worthy of your confidence is the promises of God in Christ. He will never disappoint you nor fail you in any way.

Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward. Hebrews 10:35 KJV

. . . I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day.  2 Timothy 1:12 KJV

Fearless

In God, whose word I praise; In God I have put my trust; I shall not fear. What can mere man do to me?  PSALM 56:4 AMP

If you have God, who is Love, and His eternal Word you will fear nothing and no one. God is Perfect Love and Love drives fear out of our lives.

And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.  There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.  1 John 4:16‭, ‬18 KJV

There is no fear in love [dread does not exist]. But perfect (complete, full-grown) love drives out fear, because fear involves [the expectation of divine] punishment, so the one who is afraid [of God’s judgment] is not perfected in love [has not grown into a sufficient understanding of God’s love]. 1 JOHN 4:18 AMP

Privilege

Now therefore, our God, we thank thee, and praise thy glorious name. But who am I, and what is my people, that we should be able to offer so willingly after this sort? for all things come of thee, and of thine own have we given thee. 1 Chronicles 29:13‭-‬14 KJV

What a privilege it is to be allowed to bring the tithe and offering to the house of God.
One of the greatest declarations of thanksgiving and praise is found in your giving. Grace allows your tithe and your offering to be holy and acceptable to God.

David the king understood this simple truth.

“But who am I, and what is my people, that we should be able to offer so willingly after this sort?”
Giving is loves response for what God has given us to start with. We have nothing we have not been given by Him.

“for all things come of thee, and of thine own have we given thee.”

Anointed

How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. Acts 10:38 KJV

The anointing of the Anointed One is in you so that you, too, can go about doing good and healing all that are oppressed of the devil.
To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:  Colossians 1:27 KJV

God, Who cannot fail, is with you, in you, and for you!

Hearing

He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination. Proverbs 28:9 KJV

Do you hear what I hear? It is possible to listen and not hear what is actually being said. There is spiritual ear as well as a natural ear. Sometimes spiritual immaturity can hinder what we hear. Pride, arrogance, indifference and all other carnality can block spiritual truth from being heard.

He that hath ears to hear, let him hear. Matthew 11:15 KJV

We should pray to have our spiritual eyes enlightened and our spiritual ears tuned to the truth of God’s Word.

The Name

For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God. Romans 14:11 KJV

The name of Jesus in not just another name. It is the only name whereby men might be saved.

Jesus is the King of kings and the Lord of lords. He has no equal nor has He any rival.

His Name is above all other names and all, willingly or unwillingly, will fall on their knees before Him and recognize Him as Lord of all.

As He Is

How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.  Acts 10:38 KJV

As He is so are we in this world. We are yo be so one with Him that others will see Hom when they see us.

Heal the sick, cleanse the leper, raise the dead, and liberate those held captive by the devil.

Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give.  Matthew 10:8 KJV
