We being Diligent seekers find God, in Christ, is our Rewarder.

A haphazard, carnal, laxidaisicle approach to the things of God will never bring you into the riches found in Christ.

It is to the diligent seeker His glory is seen.

Be a diligent seeker.

The Force of Faith

Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another. No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us. 1 John 4:11‭-‬12 KJV

Love is the overwhelming force of Faith.

For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love.
Galatians 5:6 KJV

We, as Christians, must love each other as God loves us. It’s the way the world will know us.


Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you. Hebrews 13:17 KJV

Obedience and willing obedience to delegated authority seems to be a foreign concept to many Christians in the West; even when God delegates His authority.

The Centurian, whose servant was ill, recognized Jesus’ was under authority of God the Father as he was to Ceasar and gained his servant’s healing by a word.

Biblical profit is gained by those who esteem the gift that God has given to “watch for [their] souls” and determine to bring them joy rather than grief.

But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased. Hebrews 13:16 KJV



Those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and lusts.

According to the Modernist preachers of today there is no need to live a holy life. They advocate for drinking, drugging, sexual promiscuity, and all manner of non-biblical life-styles.

What ever happened to being “crucified with Christ”? The world is demanding that perverts be exposed and castigated, what about the Church of the living God who calls it to purity.

You shall be holy unto Me; for I the Lord am holy and have separated you from other peoples, that you should be Mine. Leviticus 20:26 MEV

I’m thinking that it is time for a reality check. It’s time for a return to biblical values. It’s time to repent!

Therefore, “Come out from among them and be separate, says the Lord. Do not touch what is unclean, and I will receive you.” 2 Corinthians 6:17 MEV


The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. Psalms 23:1‭-‬3 KJV

When the Lord is allowed to guide He promises to provide.
It is the shepherd’s responsibility to lead his sheep to good grazing land and to pools of fresh water. The sheep are totally dependent upon the shepherd for guidance, protection and care.

We, too, beloved Christian, are to be totally dependent upon the Lord, who is “the Good Shepherd”. 

As the old song says, “Yield and obey. There’s no other way.”

As we allow the Lord to guide He will always provide.

Not Your Own

What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?  For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s. 1 Corinthians 6:19‭-‬20 KJV

How is life going for you since you believed? Don’t you know that there is much, much more in God than what you are experiencing?

Most Christians say a prayer of repentance from dead works and commit themselves to quit living for themselves and to start living in and for Jesus. Then what?

Way too many slip back into a syncretism of worldly Christian living; picking and choosing what parts of God’s Word they are willing to obey. 

Living the Christian life carnally ultimately leads to destruction.

Other things like work, family, sports, and recreation take first place in life when God and His kingdom should come first and foremost. After all, we have nothing in this life but what He gives us.

But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Matthew 6:33 KJV

All the things we hold so dear will separate us from God and His blessings if He and His kingdom are not our passion and priority.

If you are truly not your own, doesn’t it stand to reason that you should be living for Him and not for yourself?

It’s  not too late to put Him, His house, and His ways first.

Be Holy

It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness. Lamentations 3:22‭-‬23 KJV

Why is it that human nature draws us to the edge of the cliff or to scale the unscaleable mountain? Why do somany ush the yellow light or run the red light?

Why is it that professing Christians try to see just how much they can get away with? Why would anyone test God?

Be holy, for I Am Holy, says the Lord.
For I am the Lord that bringeth you up out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: ye shall therefore be holy, for I am holy. Leviticus 11:45 KJV

But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;  Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy. 1 Peter 1:15‭-‬16 KJV

And ye shall be holy unto me: for I the Lord am holy, and have severed you from other people, that ye should be mine. Leviticus 20:26 KJV

Get it? Don’t Push It!

Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,  Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.  And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God. 1 Corinthians 6:9‭-‬11 KJV

The Lord your God will not change but He calls us to.
