This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief. 1 Timothy 1:15 KJV

I was an angry, perverted young man. Life had twisted and warped me beyond belief. When Jesus came into my heart everything changed. He lifted me out of darkness into His marvelous light.

His plan and purpose for me, and you, by the way, is far better than our plans for ourselves.

But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light: 1 Peter 2:9 KJV

Christ lifted me from the guttermost to the uttermost.

He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings. Psalms 40:2 KJV

Yes, Christ lifted me. He will lift you too!

But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. Hebrews 11:6 KJV

God’s Love for each of us is the same as His Love for Jesus, His only begotten Son. That revelation should be enough to take your breath away.

What, to me, is just as amazing is that He rewards those who respond to His Love by seeking to know Him diligently. When we focus on Him and His kingdom He is pleased and lavishes us with supernatural benefits.

But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.Matthew 6:33 KJV

Search me, O God, and know my heart; try me, and know my concerns, and see if there is any rebellious way inme, and lead me in the ancient way.
Psalms 139:23‭-‬24 MEV

Are we spending enough time with the Holy Spirit so that He can reveal the motives of our heart? I’m not talking about introspection here.

Human beings are experts at hiding character flaws such as rebellious bents. Only the Holy Spirit can sound the depths of our heart and bring its true motives to our consciousness.

The heart is more deceitful than all things and desperately wicked; who can understand it? Jeremiah 17:9 MEV

Spend time praying in tongues and listen to the Voice of the Spirit, which is the Voice of God, and yield to His instruction.

I will stand at my watch and station myself on the watchtower; and I will keep watch to see what He will say to me, and what I will answer when I am reproved. Habakkuk 2:1 MEV

And he will destroy in this mountain the face of the covering cast over all people, and the veil that is spread over all nations.
Isaiah 25:7 KJV

The Great Awakening is breaking like the dawn of a cloudless new day.
Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee.  For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee.  And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising.  Isaiah 60:1‭-‬3 KJV
God is pouring out His Spirit upon all flesh to institute the next Great Awakening like the dawn of a cloudless new day.

And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:  And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:  Acts 2:17‭-‬18 KJV

Believe and receive.

For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.
Jeremiah 17:8 KJV

Let your roots go deep in the Word of God. There is nothing more important for the believer than to be deeply connected to the Word of God (the Bible).

Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth. John 17:17 KJV

Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee. Psalms 119:11 KJV

The Word of God (the Bible) reveals the very Person of God, His character, His thoughts, and His ways. When hid in the heart the Word of God will transform us and mold us into the God intended image of Christ.

Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. 1 John 3:2 KJV

Let us be rooted and grounded in love for His living Word.

For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God. John 3:20‭-‬21 KJV

Come to Jesus the Light of the world.
Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. John 8:12 KJV

He gives hope to the hopeless, help to the helpless, comfort to the comfortless, and strength to the weak. He is exactly what you need and all you need.

Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.   Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.   For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. Matthew 11:28‭-‬30 KJV

“Then he said, ‘I will go out and be a spirit of deception in the mouth of all the prophets.’ “Then the Lord said, ‘You will deceive and find success. Go out and do this.’ 2 Chronicles 18:21 MEV

We are living in a time when great deception is flooding the pulpits of America and the world. Believers in Christ Jesus must take great care to what and who they listen to.

The internet and the airwaves are pumping a polluted gospel and many who stand behind the holy pulpit have been influenced by lying spirits.

You therefore, beloved, since you know these things beforehand, beware lest you also fall from your own firm footing, being led away by the deception of the wicked. 2 Peter 3:17 MEV

The Spirit of God will lead you into, and plant you in, the church where truth is taught and where you belong. Don’t ignore Him and make your own decision on where to go based on your carnal preferences.

For the time will come when people will not endure sound doctrine, but they will gather to themselves teachers in accordance with their own desires, having itching ears, and they will turn their ears away from the truth and turn to myths. 2 Timothy 4:3‭-‬4 MEV

God has a safe place for you where you will grow and flourish in the things of God.

For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are the sons of God. Romans 8:14 MEV I will give you shepherds according to My heart, who shall feed you with knowledge and understanding. Jeremiah 3:15 MEV
