Laborers Needed

Go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage.
Matthew 22:9 KJV

All people desperately need Jesus. The problem is that many do not know it. They have never heard the good news.

Time is short. Every believer needs to witness, testify, and share the good news of the Gospel to as many people as possible before it is too late.

And he [Jesus] said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.   He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. Mark 16:15‭-‬16 KJV

Not only must each of us go, but we must pray for others to go.

Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few;   Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest. Matthew 9:37‭-‬38 KJV

And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God. Luke 4:4 KJV

The power of lightning is heralded by the sound of thunder, so the power of God’s Word is decreed by the voice of man.
If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God; if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.  1 Peter 4:11 KJV

And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man’s wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power:

1 Corinthians 2:4 KJV

Keep proclaiming the Gospel!
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.  Romans 1:16 KJV
Let the pulpits of this world thunder once again with Holy Ghost power!

Time to Speak

So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Romans 10:17 KJV

How shall they hear without a preacher? If saving faith comes by hearing the Word of God, and it does, then it’s  your time to go and proclaim the good news of the gospel.
If faith to walk a victorious life filled with righteousness, peace, joy, health, prosperity, and power comes by hearing the Word of God, and it does, the don’t you think you might want to be in church more than once a week or whenever you feel like it?

Remember, Pastors are given to you to equip you with supernatural ability.

But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.  Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.  And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;  For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:  Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:  That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;  Ephesians 4:7‭-‬8‭, ‬11‭-‬14 KJV

Hear all the life giving Word you can.

They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him. Psalms 126:5‭-‬6 KJV

Tears shed in prayer for the lost are precious to God. He will answer by giving you the harvest when you go forth to reap.

Ther is nothing more precious to God than a human soul redeemed by the blood of Jesus His Son. All who reach out to the lost hold a special place in His heart.

If you’re saved, be a witness. Share the love, peace and joy you have received with all you can.

Called, Chosen, Sent

For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of: for necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel! 1 Corinthians 9:16 KJV

Called, Chosen, and Sent is who I am and who you are. We were bought with a price, the precious blood of Jesus, and, therefore, are not our own.

I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. Galatians 2:20 KJV

Selah (stop and think about that).

If Not Now?

If Not You

“If not now, when? If not you, who?” is a phrase originally attributed to the Jewish Sage, Hillel the Elder. He is variously called Hillel HaGadol, or Hillel HaZaken, Hillel HaBavli or HaBavli (born Babylon traditionally c. 110 BCE, died 10 CE[3] in Jerusalem). It is said to have been popularized by businessman George Romney in 1973 and again by former President Ronald Reagan in 1980.

The question rings with a demand to be answered in every generation. When you know the truth, and what is necessary to propagate that truth, then you must ask yourself the same question regarding what is to be done with the truth you know.

This is especially true of a truth that will save the lives of thousands, and perhaps millions, of people. Someone must disseminate, that is, distribute, the life saving truth that you hold.

Who, better, can share truth than the one who has a first hand knowledge of it? Such is the call to those who have had an encounter with Jesus, the Christ of God and received His love and life changing transformation by being born-again.

The call is simple to every real believer.

And He said to them, Go into all the world and preach and publish openly the good news (the Gospel) to every creature [of the whole human race]. Mark 16:15 (AMP)

This is the commission given to every real Christian to carry out the God given ministry of reconciliation.

But all things are from God, Who through Jesus Christ reconciled us to Himself [received us into favor, brought us into harmony with Himself] and gave to us the ministry of reconciliation [that by word and deed we might aim to bring others into harmony with Him]. 2 Corinthians 5:18 (AMP)

So, then, out of the mouth of a Jewish Sage is repeated a simple scriptural question that demands to be answered with regards to who should witness of their own salvation and proclaim the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

“If not now, when? If not here, where? If not you, who?”

Who will go to the highways and byways
To find those He died to save?

When no one seems to ponder or care,
For the price our God willingly gave.

Angels can not; many men will not,
Proclaim the Son so freely sent.

Who gave Himself on Calvary’s Cross,
As the Temple’s curtain rent.

How beautiful are the feet of them,
Who proclaim the glorious story.

Misunderstood and counted as naught,
moving in God’s anointing and glory.

They go forth both far and near,
To find each purchased one; whosoever will.

Could it be you my precious friend,
Who will experience the glorious thrill?

Of seeking out and finding the lost and dying,
Of leading some soul to Him?

Of helping some seeker to be clothed in power,
As the Spirit fills them up to the brim?

When the saints are caught away,
Will you have a tear in your eye,

And those you have reached rise up,
To meet our Lord in the sky?
