Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the Lord delivereth him out of them all. Psalms 34:19 KJV

Affictions can be sickness, infirmities, emotional problems, stress, finacial problems, or just about all the pressures of life.

No matter what you are going through, the Lord has promised to deliver you.

He will deliver you from them ALL!

Whatever you are going through right now is just a scene in your life’s story.

This, too, shall pass!

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28 KJV

This is one of God’s great promises to the beleiver.

When you place your confidence in God’s goodness and love, you will find peace even in the midst of the storms of life.

Everyone faces difficulties in life. To live is to experience both wonderful and harrowing times and seasons. Those challenges will either break you or make you.

Confucius said, There are two ways to catch a knife when it is thrown at you; by the blade or by the handle. Being in covenant with, and trusting, God allows you to catch the knives of life by the handle.

God will bring you through every trial in unsurpassing victory. Trust in the Lord.

And for that the dream was doubled unto Pharaoh twice; it is because the thing is established by God, and God will shortly bring it to pass.  Genesis 41:32 KJV

The double is God’s seal on a matter.

You shall have double for your trouble.

For your shame ye shall have double; and for confusion they shall rejoice in their portion: therefore in their land they shall possess the double: everlasting joy shall be unto them. Isaiah 61:7 KJV

In Christ the double portion belongs to every true and faithful believer.

Turn you to the strong hold, ye prisoners of hope: even to day do I declare that I will render double unto thee; Zechariah 9:12 KJV

Believe it and receive it today.

The World Awaits

Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession. Psalms 2:8 KJV

World Evangelism is the call of God and holds great promise for the believer.

God is looking for those who will take up their cross and follow Him into the harvest fields of the world

And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple. Luke 14:‬27 KJV

God desires that all have an opportunity to hear the gospel and be saved. Someone must be willing to tell them.

And the Lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled. Luke 14:23‭ KJV
How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?  And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things! Romans 10:14‭-‬15 KJV

Whether at bome or abroad, it is time to share the good news of God’s grace in Christ Jesus.

What will you do?

Ask Largely

For this reason I am telling you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe (trust and be confident) that it is granted to you, and you will [get it]. Mark 11:24 AMPC

Most Christians are living way below God’s desire for their lives. I hope you are not one of them.

The reason is two-fold. We either don’t exercise the faith of Jesus that God has given every born-again Christian or we do not ask.
Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference: Romans 3:22 KJV

But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe. Galatians 3:22 KJV

Once you truly believe this you will begin to walk in the supernatural provision of God.

Don’t  limit God.

Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession. Psalms 2:8 KJV

Others mocking said, These men are full of new wine.  Acts 2:13 KJV

Some things never change. Every generation has those who mock and sneer at the power and promises of God in Christ Jesus. Don’t be one of them.

The baptism in the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues is not only a “promise of the Father” but is commanded by Jesus Himself for every believer to receive (Acts 1).

The devil and his demons fear the Spirit filled believer who understands the power of God with which they have been entrusted.

How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.  These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.  But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,  Jude 1:18‭-‬20 KJV

Christmas Promise

Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.  Isaiah 7:14 KJV

The Promise, the Christ Child, the Messiah, Jesus, is celebrated on December 25th each year.

The “Seed of the woman” promised to Adam and Eve after their shameful rebellion against God gives hope to all who come after them.

The Love and Faithfulness of God is heralded around the world by the faithful who have received the “Gift” of God into their hearts and lives.

It is, indeed, a Merry Christmas!
