No Weapon

Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; Psalms 91:5 KJV

No weapon shall prevail against you! Period!

God never slumbers nor sleeps. He is always watching over you.

Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. Psalms 121:4 KJV

Well Able

But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you, and keep you from evil.
2 Thessalonians 3:3 KJV

God is well able to keep us

Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, Jude 1:24 KJV

For thou hast delivered my soul from death: wilt not thou deliver my feet from falling, that I may walk before God in the light of the living?Psalms 56:13 KJV

Now, that is reassuringly.

Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart: for I am called by thy name, O Lord God of hosts. Jeremiah 15:16 KJV

I am called by the name of the Lord as is every believe in Christ Jesus.

He who called you is also willing and able to keep you with His powerful word in your heart and on your lips.

Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, Jude 1:24 KJV

Peace, Security & Rest

And my people shall dwell in a peaceable habitation, and in sure dwellings, and in quiet resting places;  Isaiah 32:18 KJV

God’s desire is to bless humanity. Way too many people have no peace, no security, and no rest because they have rebelled against their Maker.

Repent. Turn to Him and receive the blessing only found in His only begotten Son, Christ Jesus.
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. John 14:27 KJV

You’ll be filled with righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost and the world will be a much better, and more enjoyable place.

Let no man say when he is tempted, “I am tempted by God,” for God cannot be tempted with evil; neither does He tempt anyone. But each man is tempted when he is drawn away by his own lust and enticed.
James 1:13‭-‬14 MEV

It seems like no one wants to take responsibility for their emotions or actions. The blame game is the normal these days.

People blame God or others for every character weakness, problem, frustration or temptation they are facing.

The simple truth is that they are narcissistic, self-centered, pampered, self-focused and unrestrained. Jesus came to set us free from such and calls us to be holy for our God is holy.

We are enabled to control ourselves and expected to do so. After all self-control is just controlling ourselves.

He who has no rule over his own spirit is like a city that is broken down and without walls. Proverbs 25:28 MEV

I can do all things because of Christ who strengthens me.Philippians 4:13 MEV

Sing A New Song

But I will sing of thy power; yea, I will sing aloud of thy mercy in the morning: for thou hast been my defence and refuge in the day of my trouble.  Psalms 59:16 KJV

Nothing is more comforting and assuring than to know, not only are His mercies new every morning but, that He is our Defender whever trouble comes our way.

There is no better reason to sing than to know that you are a blood bought, born-again child of the Most High.

So, greet each day with the song of your heart, giving Him glory, honor  and praise.

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Ephesians 6:10 KJV

Finally, my last word on this matter is, the bottom line is, “Be Strong in the Lord, and in the Power of His Might.”

When all is said and done we, beloved Christian, must cast all our care upon Him who holds all things in His power.

Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the Lord unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord of hosts. Zechariah 4:6 KJV
