Love Cares

In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. 1 John 4:9 KJV

Love gives at its own expense for the benefit of others. If God loved us enough to send His Son then shouldn’t we, who have had His love shed abroad in our hearts, love others enough to go to them?

In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another. 1 John 4:9‭-‬11 KJV

Time to Speak

So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Romans 10:17 KJV

How shall they hear without a preacher? If saving faith comes by hearing the Word of God, and it does, then it’s  your time to go and proclaim the good news of the gospel.
If faith to walk a victorious life filled with righteousness, peace, joy, health, prosperity, and power comes by hearing the Word of God, and it does, the don’t you think you might want to be in church more than once a week or whenever you feel like it?

Remember, Pastors are given to you to equip you with supernatural ability.

But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.  Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.  And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;  For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:  Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:  That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;  Ephesians 4:7‭-‬8‭, ‬11‭-‬14 KJV

Hear all the life giving Word you can.

Light of Life

For so hath the Lord commanded us, saying, I have set thee to be a light of the Gentiles, that thou shouldest be for salvation unto the ends of the earth.
Acts 13:47 KJV

If you’re driving at night, when there is no moon, you had better have working head lights. Otherwise you’ll not be able to see where you’re going. You may run into something and hurt yourself or someone else.

Going through life without Jesus is like driving in the dark. Jesus is the light of the world.

If you are already a Christian then you are now the light of the world. It is now your job to illuminate the path of the lost so that they can find their way home into the arms of God.

But how will people call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how will they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how will they hear without a preacher (messenger)? ROMANS 10:14 AMP

Be a messenger. Tell everyone you can about the good news. Jesus saves, heals and delivers.

Share Jesus

For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.  Galatians 1:10 KJV

There is no way to be a man pleaser and please God. If you are more concerned about what people might think about you than doing what God asks of you, you are a man pleaser. To be a servant of Christ you must shake off the fear of man and refuse to be intimidated by anyone.

For God did not give us a spirit of timidity (of cowardice, of craven and cringing and fawning fear), but [He has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of calm and well-balanced mind and discipline and self-control. Do not blush or be ashamed then, to testify to and for our Lord, nor of me, a prisoner for His sake, but [with me] take your share of the suffering [to which the preaching] of the Gospel [may expose you, and do it] in the power of God. 2 Timothy 1:7‭-‬8 AMPC

Thrust Out

Every Christian is under orders to reach the lost. Our verse today tells us that we are to pray that the Lord of the harvest, Jesus, sends out laborers into the harvest field of precious souls.

The King James Version of the Bible says “thrust out” laborers. This is a strong word used with the idea of compelling workers to get up and go to work the field.

It is not enough to pray for others to reap the harvest of broken humanity but we are also commanded to labor ourselves. All born-again believers are called to the ministry of reconciliation.

Don’t leave this vital work to others. Witness. Testify. Reach out and share the life giving good news of the Gospel today.

Tell someone about Jesus. Let the Lord of the harvest thrust you into the harvest field filled with lost and hurting humanity. Let the Lord do for others what He has done for you.

How Beautiful

How Beautiful

How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth! And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things! (Isaiah 52:7; Romans 10:15)

Each & every Christian has a mandate from God to proclaim the Good News. Whether at home, at work or during set times of outreach or ministry we, as the people of God, are to be a light in the midst of darkness.

We need Gideon’s, Rachel’s, and men of Issachar for this time we live in. We are living in a time when the darkness of secularism is sweeping our nation and stealing our youth. Biblical ignorance is allowing the spirit of anti-Christ to capture the minds of the people. The darkness must be dispelled with the proclamation of the light only found in the Gospel. Men, women, and children of God must speak up and speak out the truth in love! No one can afford to keep silent. The quote often attributed to Edmund Burke that, “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing,” is certainly true if not originally said by him. What he did say is, as he wrote about the need for good men to associate to oppose the cabals of bad men, “When bad men combine, the good must associate; else they will fall, one by one, an unpitied sacrifice in a contemptible struggle.” In 1867 the British philosopher and political theorist John Stuart Mill delivered an inaugural address at the University of St. Andrews saying, “Let not any one pacify his conscience by the delusion that he can do no harm if he takes no part, and forms no opinion. Bad men need nothing more to compass their ends, than that good men should look on and do nothing.”

Ye are the Light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.(Matthew 5:14)

The people of the world will never know the Good News of the marvelous Gospel of Jesus Christ unless we allow the Holy Spirit to use us in His work of revealing Jesus.

We are admonished, “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.” (Matthew 5:16)

You and I have the wonderful privilege of being in a position whereby we may glorify our Father!

The Spirit of the Lord is upon us to publish peace, bring glad tidings of good things, preach the gospel of peace, and publish salvation!

If not now. When? If not us. Who? This is our day of decision. This is our time of opportunity. May we not let it pass us by.

King of Kings

Beloved, “The Lord reigns . . . He sits enthroned above the cherubim, let the earth quake!”

Each decade brings a greater number of earth quakes of great magnitude than the previous one. Is it not written in the book of Matthew that “there will be…earthquakes in place after place.” These tremblers are “the beginning of the birth pangs”. (Matthew 24:7,8)

Every birth is preceded by a time of discomfort, ungainliness, pain, and often travail. These negative aspects of birth are a result of the fall of man in the garden. (Genesis.3:16) Just as in natural birth, so in spiritual birth.

At the end of this age of Grace there will be great travail preceding a great birth! The birth of a new age and a new order! The gestation period is already begun. We are in the “last days”.

At the same time, as a necessary preparation, God is birthing a Glorious Church. A Church (a Bride) that will display the Resurrection Power of our risen Lord, Jesus Christ! She is not coming without discomfort, ungainliness, pain, and travail; but she is being delivered. There is no power in heaven or on earth that can stop her moving through the “birth canal”.

Her course is set. There is only one way to go. This is no breach baby. This is the one destined to inherit the Father’s promise. This is the one that Jesus is betrothed to. This is the one that the Holy Spirit is making ready for His coming. This is the one that will do exploits. This is the one that will proclaim to the world.

 You Are The Church

You are who is being birthed in this great hour of visitation. By agency of the Holy Spirit, you are being brought to maturity for just such a day as this. (1 Corinthians 3:16; 12:13,27; Rev.19:6-8; Esther 4:14)

Will you come forth willingly? Will you entrust your future into The Father’s hands? Will you? Will you? Casting all your care upon Him? (1 Peter 5:7; Proverbs 3:5-7)

It is time to take a stand. It is time to boldly, openly, acknowledge Jesus as Lord.
