Increase

But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day. Deuteronomy 8:18 KJV

The blessing of increase is God’s covenant promise to His people.

Only a fool will forget, or refuse to acknowledge, that prosperity is a gift from God.

Walk in covenant with God and you will experience His covenant promise.

Bought

He that is greedy of gain troubleth his own house; but he that hateth gifts shall live. Proverbs 15:27 KJV

Can you be bought? For how much? If Jesus bought you for a price, you’re not for sale to anyone.

What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?  For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s. 1 Corinthians 6:19‭-‬20 KJV

Ye are bought with a price; be not ye the servants of men. 1 Corinthians 7:23 KJV

Integrity demands loyalty. The Lord’s steward must be found faithful.

Let a man so account of us, as of the ministers of Christ, and stewards of the mysteries of God.  Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful. 1 Corinthians 4:1‭-‬2 KJV

We are not called into covenant with the Lord of the Harvest to satisfy our greed. We are called to kingdom building. Our call is to reach the lost and disciple the church.

When you put God and His kingdom first you will prosper. Such is the reward of the diligent.

Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?   (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.   But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.  Matthew 6:31‭-‬33 KJV

Prosperity

The blessing from the Lord makes a person rich, and he adds no sorrow to it.  Proverbs 10:22 NET

The Lord does not prosper a person so that they can have bigger houses, fancier cars, and lavish life-styles. His purpose is that He establishes His covenant and brings provision to the work of spreading the Gospel.

He does reward good stewards with luxurious things to display His goodness.

The liberal soul shall be made fat: and he that watereth shall be watered also himself.  Proverbs 11:25 KJV

Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again. Luke 6:38 KJV

Financial Independence

A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children’s children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just.
Proverbs 13:22 KJV

This is not just wishful thinking. It is the promise of God to His faithful covenant followers

The blessing of the Lord , it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it. Proverbs 10:22 KJV

There is nothing that God wants more than to bless His creation. He not only wants them born-again into His family through Jesus Christ but He wants them to experience the fulness of covenant promise.

It’s time to shout for joy!

Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favour my righteous cause: yea, let them say continually, Let the Lord be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant. Psalms 35:27 KJV

Peace

No Righteousness, No Peace. That is the simplicity of it. That statement plainly declares the answer to the question of, “Why is there so much violence and suffering in the world?”

The tendency of the natural man is to question and blame God when the problem is a lack of yieldedness to God and His Word which clearly declares Jesus as God’s Son and the Prince of Peace.

Jesus reigning in the soul of man is the only thing that brings quietness and peace.

It is the will of God that you prosper and be in good health. He desires to bless you in every area of life. The determining, or limiting, factor is “as your soul prospers.

In other words, as you determine to walk by faith in the fear and admonition of the Lord, you will find yourself becoming  “the head, and not the tail, the lender and not the borrower”.

Faith in God and His Word never fails.

Thrive

It’s Time To Thrive . . .

According to the Oxford University Press dictionary, to “thrive” is “to grow or develop well or vigorously; to prosper or flourish.” Once again, this is the God appointed time to thrive.

This is the year of overflow. One definition of “overflow” is “the excess not able to be accommodated by a space.” It also means to “be excessively full or crowded.”

As you can see, the plan of God in this hour is to bring about a year of exceeding, abundance as was spoken of in the book of Ephesians:

Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the (action of His) power that is at work within us, is able to (carry out His purpose and) do superabundantly, far over and above all that we (dare) ask or think (infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams)— Ephesians 3:20 (AMP) which are before, Philip. 3:13 (KJV)

This word “superabundantly,” translated “exceedingly” in the King James Version of the

Bible is a powerful combination of “super,” meaning “above, over, beyond; to a great or extreme degree; extra large of its kind,” and “abundantly,” which means, “existing or available in large quantities; plentiful.” So, what we are being told is that this year will not only be, over and beyond what would be considered plentiful, but will exceed it to such a degree that our imagination cannot even grasp its measure. God has purposed to bless us in such lavish manner that we have no frame of reference to comprehend its magnitude.

By faith we appropriate what only God can comprehend and bring to pass. His answer to the call of faith is causing us to flourish beyond our capacity to contain the result which comes pressed down, shaken together, and overflowing.

Our debts will be cancelled because this is our time to thrive.

No Need To Strive . . .

To “strive” is to “make great efforts” or to “fight vigorously against.” You won’t have to strive to bring your promise to pass. The work of faith, the sowing of your life and resources, has been done in the years gone by. What you have sown in the past is what you will reap in the harvest of this year. This is a year of harvest.

Every farmer who sows seed knows that he must wait for the harvest. He cannot make the seed increase. He must let it mature and bring forth after its kind, some 30 fold, some 60, and some 100 times more. All he needs to do is harvest what has developed from the seed sown. This is the miracle of harvest.

As you continue in obedience to the Word of God and the work of the Holy Spirit your harvest will increase. Your harvest is on the other side of obedience. “God reserves and keeps for us the appointed weeks of the harvest” (Jeremiah 5:24).

You will not strive this year! Your time of fighting vigorously against the powers of darkness is at an end. The victories won in prayer are manifesting during this year. The imaginations of your mind have been brought into captivity to the knowledge of Christ. Your enemy has been routed and flees seven ways before you.

Nothing God has spoken to your heart will be withheld from you. In Habakkuk 2:3 we have read, “For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.”

We have waited in faith and now is the time appointed; now is the time when “it shall speak.” This is the promised hour when “it will surely come, it will not tarry.”

Why, you may ask, is this year so different? It is the time of the former and latter rains, the overflowing of the banks of the river of the Spirit. It is the time of reaping of even that which we have not sown. It is harvest time, the appointed time to thrive.
